Hey Guys!

I know some of you were looking for information on the Rushfit program (www.gsprushfit.com) a while back. I did some research and decided to purchase it. I do the "pre-test" today and kick the program off tomorrow. I am blogging about it all, if you are interested feel free to read along or add me (send me a message along with the add pls!).

The intro blog post has been posted for those interested in the program itself and what it entails.

    I acquired rushfit also but havent tried it yet, GSP is a machine, everything he does in those videos is explosive, he is truly someone to aspire to be like.

    I totally agree. Watching him struggle throughout the DVDs really makes you feel better about yourself struggling lol.
    Erik Owings, his trainer and the designer of the program, is FABULOUS as well. I am really really enjoying it!
