New to mfp...trying to lose the healthy way

Hello i'm a recently recovered anorexic trying to lose 10-15 lbs the healthy way. I am so clueless about healthy weight lsos that my fitness pal seems like the best option because it makes everything so simple!

Of course i do feel like it's tricking me when it lets me eat my exercise calories but I'm trying to eat most of them to prevent any backward spiral....I'd rather have an extra few lbs than get sick again!

I've just started back in college after the summer so have access to a gym again and am looking forward to getting in shape!
