I'm new, been here a week, but just found my way to the forums. I'm dedicated to getting back in shape after two more (5total) kiddos. I have Celiac's and would love to meet more people who are GF and trying to lose weight. A lot of people are really THIN due to Celiacs but I have the misfortune to be one of those who gained a lot of weight through malnutrition and bad habits. I don't know if I've lost anything yet, weighin is tomorrow, but I am doing good things already... no soda pop all week, trying for a full gallon of water today, and I'm eating at least 4 small meals a day, instead of one or two large ones. I already feel a bit better, but I have a long way to go. Temporary goal is to lose 13lbs by Halloween!
