Hey everyone! im just in need of some support, inspiration, modivation, encouragment, advice...anything!!! I've been slacking/ no time! its very hard to find time between the full time job & the baby not sleeping often so its hit or miss most days. I've also been not working out because about a wk ago i got a tat on my foot.. I think i sorta made that an excuse to make poor decisions on food choices. Lots of pizza & a couple soda's. Which i never have soda. Slacking on drinking my daily water as well! Any suggestions or advice or anything is much appreciated.
TIA

Keep it up. I know the grind. Hard to wake up early and work out if you're not getting enough sleep. I've got an almost two year old and I have to wake up and work out before work or I don't have time.
Best advice is that if you can't manage to get in a work out, just stay extra vigilant on the eating side of the equation. Keep below your allotted calories and you'll be good to go!

Hello There....Time to get back in the game. we all have those days when we get so caught up with "life" we lose track of taking care of ourself. TAKE CARE OF YOU!!! YOU are IMPORTANT!!! it is a journey of struggle for sure. Just hang in there regain focus & get back.0

Just find a way to make you a priority again... easier said than done with a baby. I recently lost motivation for about 8 weeks, but am back and trying again.. Its all you can do! Good Luck ! and don't beat yourself up about having a bad day!0

I went thru an episode like that when I had my girl. My brother forced me to get out and work out tho. I ended up, bringing my baby to the mall and walk with her for about 30mins a day. It was all worth it!0

I didn't do all that great last week but I am now back and kicking butt!! You can do this, but only if you want to. Your mindset has everything to do with this journey. Look at the weight you have lost so far, you were doing fantastic. Just jump back into things and keep telling yourself that you NEED to do this and you will. Best of luck to you! You can do this!0

When my son was that young (he's almost 2 now) I had a hard time finding time for everything too (still do sometimes!). I mainly concentrated on my diet and kind of left my working out for a while. I did take my son on long walks which was good, sometimes in the stroller and sometimes in a carrier. Carrying baby around all day is good exersize too don't forget! Good luck and keep with it!0

Have you started solids yet? My little one was not sleeping at all (night or day) at 6 months either, plus had terrible reflux. As soon as I started him on solids at 6 months he started sleeping better and I was able to stop his reflux meds too. At least if you can all start sleeping better and hopefully you'll have some energy to get active. I can't imagine how full your days are as a working mom. I'm at home and manage to squeeze in a workout while the baby naps. Can you get some time in the evenings for a work out? My baby used to go to bed around 9 PM at that age, but at about 9 months started going to bed at 7 (yay). So, you may have to wait a little longer but hopefully you'll soon have time to yourself in the evening and a better sleeper. Until then, hang in there!0

I too work full time and have an 8 month old 3 yr old and 10 yr old. Its hard but I've been squeezing in my p90x workouts (they are at least an hour long or more ) it takes a mind set and motivation to achieve your goals. U can do it if u really want it!!0

There are little exercises you can do WITH your baby that are great. YOu can spend time with her, play with her and you get some exercise at the same time. I am all about multi-tasking! LOL Look up some of them online. You would be surprised!0
