    It is any thing that gives you a victory in your weight loss that is not related to those pesky numbers on the scale. For an example, an article of clothing that you can fit that once was tight.

    I'm stoked! That is so great. There really are more important health things happening to me than the dial on the scale. I always dread getting on there. I feel thin, I have been eating well, then the reading attempts to bring me down. Not today! I have NSV.
