Any women out there in their 50s. I have been on here for little more then a week. Would like to see how women my age are doing,I am 55. I can't workout like I used to in my 40s. But I am tryimg to do what I can.

    Have to chuckle at this topic! Three close friends are all turning 59 this year, while I turned 60. Pay back is a "beach"! :-)
