I always go over on sugar too...thats because I eat alot of fruit. If its natural and not added sugar, I dont worry about it too much.

what is the sugar from? junk food? or fruit? if it's from the latter, i don't think that's too bad. I mean, in order to get in close to 10 servings fruit and vegetables per day, it would be really tough to stay under 40g of sugar a day
  • I do too, I try not to worry too much when it's fruit. my daily goal says 26. I'm usually over it by lunch.
  • I go over sugar too, by a lot. its the only thing I go over besides protein, and Protein i go over very little. In terms of sugar, I know what the reason i have too much sugar, im still addicted to coke a cola of course, i need to stop, really, its my goal tom. NO soda from now on, period

ps, its my birthday friday, and im not feeling 2 well about the weight loss

What do you mean, it's still 'sugar'? Are you equating all sugars with table sugar? They all do totally different things to your blood sugar, but in the end they're all converted to glucose. It doesn't matter how few carbohydrates you eat, you will always have glucose in your blood. What has you so worried? :flowerforyou:
