Has anyone tried the Core Rhythms DVD? I love watching Dancing with The Stars but I don't have any rhythm. Is this an exercise dvd that uncoordinated people can handle?:tongue:

    if you like watching dancing with the stars, nbc has this new dancing show, from around the world. Its on mondays at 8. Im madly in love with it..check it out

    I ordered these DVDS around Thanksgiving and I already returned them. I am pretty good at following steps and found this very difficult. I like really high energy DVDs and these didn't do that for me. I would love to hear if anyone else liked these though.
