I hate my arms!

Options
I am doing a variety of exercises, making sure all my muscles get their fair share of pain, uh, work. And they all seem to be responding except my arms. I am loosing inches in my thighs, hips, waist, chest but my fat ol' arms are still my fat ol' arms..:frown: .will they EVER start loosing inches or do I need to be doing something different? Suggestions PLEASE
