In need of advice, support, motivation & all the aboveeeeee

Hi guys,

Well since becoming fully committed to my weight loss journey I have found a new goal, and that is to become a fitness model! I have always wanted to be a model/dancer since I was a little girl and have been featured in a little music videos here and there. But my main focus now is fitness modeling! :love: And not the crazy buff ladies who sometimes look like men, I mean the healthy looking women who actually give you a glimmer of hope that one day you can be tone too.

Ok, so after that little ramble :blushing: here is what I really came to post about. I want to put this dream into action! So far I have lost about 8 lbs 147 on my good days :), I have always been naturally tone, especially in my legs, but I just need advice on where to go from here, I guess.
I want to lose at least 20-30 more pounds and tone as I go.
I guess what I need is advice or motivation whatever you may call it. I need help with the right foods and maybe a meal plan? I definitely need LOTS AND LOTS advice on exercising and a workout schedule. (I currently have none). I workout in random, I know its bad :ohwell: . I am looking to be complete or somewhat close by early December? or sooner because I will be sending in photos to Wilhelmina Models in NYC!


So any advice from anyone men or women is greatly appreciated.

    I used to visit a lot of different websites/blog of fitness models. A lot of them have their e-mails posted for questions, etc. I don't think some of them are as untouchable as we might think. I'd suggest lookin' around the net, contact some of these ladies & seein' what advice they'd have for you. It's worth a shot, right?

    I think it's so kewl you've figured out what you'd like to do. That's exciting. Now that you're 100% certain, give it all you've got. Get all the knowledge you can & live it...breathe it. Go for it through & through. You can will your mind to do what you want it to do & therefore, your body too.
