Hello Everyone! I have recently joined and getting on track with my health. I have about 50 or so lbs to lose and keep off for good! I am starting a new workout routine and clean eating plan tomorrow!

I am with you too! Have an anniversary trip to Hawaii planned and I want the feel confident and know I look amazing. Starting my workout program in full force October 1, until then just doing my thing getting ready to BRING IT! :-)0
