Super senior 15

Ever since I started college, I steadily put on weight, In the summer I'd lose a bit, but it'd come right back.

I had some relatively traumatic things happen last year and stopped caring for myself at all. I would overeat then I'd just skip it. I'd sit inside all day only exerting myself when completely necessary

I guess I've finally gotten to the point where I am ready to start making good decisions for myself. I want to feel good about myself not only because of how I look (but that is a mega plus), but because of the things I put into my body, and the feats of Athleticism I will achieve! Okay maybe not feats ... but a good round of Just Dance with my friends.

Anywho's, I'm excited to give this a guy and become more aware of what I can do to better my health.
