    there's just no way it burns that many calories...
  • I see it is HIIT type of training.. I will see if I can do it later today and let you know how much I burned.

    Exactly what andtian said, HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training. It does produce very effective result within a very short workout time. Try it out, you will find it's not quite as easy as you think.

    the effect on EPOC from such a short workout prob isn't all that great

    Doing high intesnse quick workouts actually do burn a lot of calories...i did a 4 minute workout from bodyrock.tv and burned 89 calories...which wasnt my all, but it does work.....
