I need to eat more. I need clean food ideas.

I go to the gym 5 or 6 days a week. I do freeweights and run 3-5k each time. Today I burned 3,246 calories. WTF. If I ate the recomended 1820 cals, I would be short 1,426 calories. I already eat 6X a day. I need clean food ideas. I need to eat more.

    Nuts, avocado,... Try calorie-dense (but healthy) food! Try wholewheat bread (1 or 2 slices) with your lunch and go for the full fat version of milk/yogurt/mayo/cheese. It's better for you anyway than the low fat kind! :)

    Do you like nuts at all? How about You-put-it-together Trail mix of nuts, granola, and dried fruits?...Lol I'm thinking of healthy and "clean" foods I have snacked on, looked at the label, and my heart skipped a beat when I added up the calories lol.....Also, peanut butter with foods like apples in oatmeal...yummm...light filling, snack food...and all high protein.
  • Almonds ... oatmeal ...

    Only thing about dried fruit is sugar (if that's a concern)

    Oh and brown rice...Coconut oil (a lil controversial to some here as far as possible health benefits/risks)
