Is it true lemons burn fat? Or is that just a myth? ...yeah yeah yeah I can easily google this but I want to hear from YOU! ::poses like uncle same poster:: lol(:

As I understand it, lemons help to break down fat cells but due to high citric acid and vitamin B3 content. Quite how this works I'm not sure but supposedly fresh lemon juice (squeezed yourself, not bought) is a good thing to include in your diet0

Nothing actually burns fat, its stored deep in your adipose tissues (where the acid will not reach it), but thats not to say they are not heathly! Just be careful how it effects the enamel on your teeth!0 -
