Anyone know an alcoholic beverage i can drink when me and my husband go out that wont kill my diet? I cant drink vodka or light rum or I get sick.

    whiskey diet coke, gin and diet tonic (or another clear diet soda or juice), light beer (if you like it, I know some people hate it but I love it)
  • I always drink light beer.
    Coors light or MGD 64.
  • I'm not a huge beer fan but I do like Michelob Ultra.

    Thank you all... I can do whiskey and diet coke... I dont mind beer but it makes me so full. haha =) Anyone know if captain and diet coke is ok? I am not sure how many calories captain has in it... have to look that one up =) thanks again for the help!

    Captain is a really low cal option (if you mean the dark rum that is!). Any distilled spirit (80 proof plus) has no carbs so just add a diet mixer or ice and you're laughing...as it were.

    Not entirely sure how accurate it is, but it gives you an idea. White or red wine is relatively low as well.
