Does anyone do CrossFit? How do you log in your work outs? I currently use circuit training but don't think it is accurate.

    Hello,
    I am not at all familiar with Cross Fit so I cannot answer intelligently as to how you might log it using an exercise already in the database.
    My suggestion would be (if you don't already) to get and use a heart rate monitor.
    That would give you an even more accurate answer as far as your calorie burn.
    They are relatively inexpensive and for that type of training, I would think that you have a nice burn, but it would be great to know exactly.
  • I do Crossfit and log it as "Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort"
