    Simply read the thread and use the Katch-McArdle formula to calculate your true calorie needs.
    I followed the link, did the calcs and it came out the same as what MFP has me at.

    Now follow that calorie needs day by day and do the calculation every 3 weeks to make the necessary adjustments so you can continue to lose weight.

    I think to lose the amount of weight planed MFP, you can eat your exercise calories. However I have a lower metabolism, therefore I am only eating my food calories and not my exercise calories.
