Hi I just started a few days ago. I hate exercising and I have had that "eat whatever you want just in moderation" motto. But I have been gaining weight here and there and just letting it slide. So it's time for a change!
I do have a question if anyone can help me. I waitress so I put that in on my activity level when I joined. But would I still count that as exercise on the days that I work, or is that already factored in?

I think you just need to put that in your overall settings when you configure MFP. I think there's a setting for nurse etc, so that should do nicely0

It calculates you daily calery intake by knowing your job activity etc. so no need to add it unless it's a really busy day and you end up working harder than usual.

I wouldn't count it as exercise, I believe it's already factored in.0
