Fish Oil supplementation from a solid source derived from Salmon, Anchovy, Makerel and/or Crill is also a HUGE metabolic booster. Liquid form is best (Not Cod Liver Oil however), but in a capsule you want the DHA and EHA content to total at least 300mg / capsule. Capsules are generally about 1000mg each. Dosage of 6-10g / day have shown to bring about a metabolic boost of about 400 calories/day.
