    Protein shakes. Oatmeal. Eggs. Fruit. Sandwiches. Coffee. Salad (I eat a salad sometimes). Toast. Raisins. Chicken.

    You don't have to eat breakfast foods for breakfast. Whoever says that you have to do so is wrong. So eat anything you consider healthy =).
