Hi I sometimes feel like a fraud on this site but here goes,
I do Time Trial's from March till October training 95% on the bike and this works well for me I do a bit of yoga as well but once my season finishes, I go off the rails and do sweet FA, for about 6 weeks thus gaining weight and it didn't shift last year for a while. I aim to be 14/20lb lighter next season, so what could work for me a a weight loss tool to take me through the winter months. I have a Gym membership and have acess to lots of keep fit type classes any recomendations as I have 2/3 days to fill up with me not training on the bike.
Ideas please people of MFP
