Really like doing her tapes even if her voice does sometimes annoy me. On Sparkpeople, they count it as Low Impact Aerobics, so that is what I have been doing here. I have worn my heart rate monitor about three or four times doing her tapes and then compare to just choosing Low Impact and it has been pretty much right on, so think you would be safe doing that.

I log it as low impact aerobics. The reason is that the few that I have are not just walking.0
