Anyone own a "Dip Bar"? Looks like a great challenge..

    I don' t have a whole bar, but I have like eight cans of Skoal at the house.

    We utilize the dip bar at work, even more challenging is doing them on gymnastic rings(which are easily made by the way)

    I do bodyrock workouts on top of my beachbody programs, and I really need to invest in a dip bar! my bf is a welder, so he said he woould make me one! lol

    I was watching "BodyRock" videos...Good workouts! I must add, Zuzanna has a nice toned shape.
