    Thanks for the link - it's nice to have some other point of reference rather than just depending on a scale!

    (I'm stalled out between the amount of cheese an average American eats in a year, and a cinder block. Just thinking about that cinder block makes me want to work out harder!)

    I lost an average 2 year old and she/he wasn't even mine. I don't want her/him back.
    This is a great article. I love her sense of humor. I'm at a phase in my dieting where I'm stuck looking for ways to lose more weight. It has come to the conclusion I need to get off my butt and exercise more.

    Wow. I've lost an automobile tire! The whole time I've been thinking my weight loss has been a waste of time, but I can't imagine carrying a tire with me everywhere. Kinda puts it into perspective =]
