I used to drink Coffee with Skim milk and one packet of Splenda, but now it has become much easier to just drink either plain non dairy creamer or flavored non dairy creamer. Milk has a higher caloric and more than double the sugar content, but is it a better option than Non Dairy Creamer?

I like my non dairy creamer. But I prefer liquid to powder.0

Why ruin a perfectly good cup of coffee? If God intended it to have cream and sugar in it, it would grow in the coffee bean itself. LOL0

If you choose to give up those calories to flavor your coffee, do so. I used to put 4-6 packets of sugar in a cuppa. Now I drink it black more often than not.0

To each there own I say. I personally drink liquid creamer in my coffee, but I count the calories in my diet journal.0

Used to drink 4-5 cups of coffee per day with cream & 2 sugars. Now I allow myself one coffee with cream & splenda in the AM and then I switch to black or green tea with no cream.
I found its the easiest way to trim useless calories and I still get a cup of coffee in the AM as a treat.0
