I have got my sisters wedding on Saturday, it's a set menu so i have got no choice in what i eat, its starting to get me down as i have been really good with the foods i am eating, and losing the weight.
The menu is Melon with king prawns, Roast beef yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, veg and gravy. Chocolate browies with white chocolate ice cream, then buffet at night.
I am also her bridesmaid.

    1. feel free to splurge on special occasions - the guilt will hurt worse than the food.

    2. eat the first item, eat the veg & half the beef of the second item (not the potatoes or gravy), eat half a serving of the brownies, pick from the buffet 1-3 items that look healthy and eat slowly to make it appear you have more

    3. you always have a choice in what you eat - just don't eat if it isn't something you want! Pick at the food, get a smaller plate, have tons of water, whatever you need to feel comfortable and not stand out

if you are going to have a splurge day, no better day then your sisters wedding!!! enjoy, and just be mindful of what you eat, but not too preoccupied about it.

Drink lots of water it will help make you full.

Portion control and honestly you could always snack before hand on something that you would like to eat so by the time you get to your food you are not starving =)
