Hello everyone,
I just wanted to ask you opinion on nice little things that I can buy to reward myself for being disciplined. I know some of you fundamentally believe you shouldn't reward yourselves for doing just what you are supposed to do in the first place.
However for those who have done it or have bought inexpensive stuff as tools in your wellness journey please make suggestions.
The idea for me is that if I save $5-$8 whenever I skip a junk meal then I invest that amount in my wellness program.
What can you recommend to get for around $10, I said from amazon but from anywhere would be fine too I guess.
I'm sharing because I know other people have asked similar questions in the past so here's what I got:
- Nordic Ware Microwave Omelet Pan
- Omron HJ-151 Hip Pedometer for Aerobic Activity Omron HJ-151 Hip Pedometer for Aerobic Activity
- Sundesa BB28-MC01 BlenderBottle 28-Ounce with BlenderBall, Blue Sundesa BB28-MC01 BlenderBottle 28-Ounce with BlenderBall, Blue
- Master Lock 643D Combination Lock, 1-9/16-Inch Master Lock 643D Combination Lock, 1-9/16-Inch (for the gym)
- Slim Guide Skinfold Caliper
- Orbitape Body Mass Tape Measure 1 ea Orbitape Body Mass Tape Measure 1 ea
- Champion Men's Demand Muscle Tee, Blue Sapphire, Large
- Gym bag
- ebook: Four hour body
- ebook: 15-minute healthiest recipes.
Of course I don't just 'waste' it all in minute stuff. Bike equipment is expensive so I'm saving for those expenses.
So what are your suggestions?
