First Zumba Class!

Today and tomorrow my work's fitness center is offering a FREE Zumba class for 45 minutes. I've recently gotten curious about Zumba, and am very excited to finally be trying it today!!! :happy:

Wish me luck! I'm still a little sore in the ab area from Sunday's workout! :grumble:

    GL! I just did 30 minutes of Zumba videos on youtube....I definitely burned some calories!

    HELP!! What do you guys log your Zumba workout as??

    It was great. I feel so awesome now after the class! :)

    i use my hrm now, before i used to log it as aerobics high iimpact
