Hot Yoga...

So, about 3 months ago I got invited to a yoga class...having just started to enjoy yoga and its benefits I decided to take the opportunity to go. The only thing that I didn't realize was that this was going to be a hot yoga class, but being open-minded I decided to try it, and I instantly fell in love with it!

I also didn't know that there were hot yoga classes and then Bikram yoga. The classes that I go to are not Bikram, but are hot classes. The room is anywhere from 88-95 degrees and we do a vinyasa flow. I am SO enjoying it and wanted to see how many people do yoga and love it and if you do any style of hot yoga or what style of yoga you do...namaste...

    I do a hot power vinyasa (100 degrees, 60 minutes) and I love love love it.

    I also have more stamina when I drink a coconut water beforehand. :-)

    Even if you don't like the taste, chug it before class, the difference is amazing.

    I love hot yoga too!! unfoutunately there is only one place close to my house that offers it and it is extremely expensive to join :(

    I just progressed to hot yoga recently and I love it!

    I've done Bikram, hot core yoga and hot power yoga as well.

    I feel so good after a class, so cleansed and detoxified and so proud of myself for doing good things for my mind, body and soul.

    I LOVE Bikram! I don't go as often as I would like to because it is expensive and it takes a good chunk of time out of your day. But I really love it. I've never done any hot yoga, but would be interested. I love the way I feel after Bikram - so cleansing!

    Yeah, I think that I would like to try Bikram...and thanks for the tip on the coconut water...I still need to try it! :)
