    You look great, how long did it take you to lose the weight? Anything speacial to eat or not eat. I weighed 221 and now 181 but it took me years to lose it. I am having a struggle with the last 25. Any suggestions?

    That is awesome. I exercise when I can and I only eat 1200 calories a day so super intense workouts aren't needed. I do the turbofire hiit workouts , 20 minutes on elliptical, light strength training, jog/ walk for 3 miles. It is hard for to fit it in and I don't want to take away from our family time. I've been trying to get up at 4:15 am to get my workouts in but most of the time the snooze buttons win :( I want to start doing more strength training i think does the most noticable results!
