Hello from Kansas City! Are there any people on here from Kansas City? Need work out partner or just someone to talk to for support! Doing this all alone right now.

    I'm new to MFP and live in S. Kansas City. I don't have a lot of time to workout outside of roller derby and my home but we can definitely encourage each other. Feel free to add me!

    KC area also, nice to see more KC folks, we should start a walking thing a few days a week for a couple hours :flowerforyou:

    I need more friends that are in the same boat as me, I am a stay at home wifey so I have no excuse (unless I have no car cause hubby has it) to get up and do something LOL

    Area I live in is quiet & peaceful nice to walk around in even in the evenings & even on the weekends minus the odd running around screaming kid(s) lol
