I have lost 12 lbs but I'm still all flabby. I've started exercising 3-5 days a week on my elliptical but I want results. So what am I planning on doing?!?!

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred!!!!

What am I thinking!?!? Day 1 is on Comcast On Demand and I will use that until my video starts and so I watched a little last night. She's going to kick my A@@!!! I've never done 30 days straight of working out and usually end up giving up. I'm committing to do this and need support!!!
