30 Day Shred??

Hey everyone!
I am a very busy college student with ZERO time to work out. I have seen great results from people doing the Jillian Michael's 30-Day Shred. What are your thoughts? I need something that is only 20-30 minutes a day and I can do in my apartment with no other equipment besides hand weights. Is there anything better than the 30 Day Shred or is it amazing? Success stories and other stories are welcomed!

    I just started it yesterday, and I can really feel it. I've seen lots of people with really good results, so I'm hopeful! I'm a mom of 2, so I know about limited time!!

    I havnt started the 30 day shred yet but I have it and plan on doing so next week. The Jililan video I have been doing is Yoga Meltdown and I love it! Nothing needed except your body and a yoga mat (or carpet I always just do it in my tiny living room on my carpet). It makes me feel tight in just one workout and theres two levels on the dvd so it grows with you, eventually I want to work my way up to doing both levels one after another (60 mins) but for now the level 1 (30mins) is kicking my butt. If you like yoga or pilates youll like this and let me tell you my body is so sore in all the right places (my under arm area, my abs, my thighs and the buttocks area) burn baby burn lol I would recommend giving it a try (its only 9 dollars at walmart or target) or if you want to just try it you can rent it at blockbuster and give it a test run :-) Good Luck I hope you find something that works for you. Another series Ive had luck with is the 10 min solutions dvds they have a ton of diffent ones geared towards all different parts of your body and they are 10 min workouts you can do seperatly or combine them for your own custom workout to fit your day :-)

    I've been doing it for about 6 days or so. Day 1 left me sore for days so I didn't do it back to back but I really like it and it's a great workout. I curse at Jillian quite a bit during this workout...LOL! I literally have sweat dripping off my face after the 25 mins.
  • im on day three today, in loads of pain so it must b working and tbh it was the success stories and pics on here that convinced me to try it. there r some really good results so im really optimistic. good luck

    It will kick your butt, but it is worth it! I started, and finished, the 30 DS over Summer break. It took me more than 30 days just because I didn't do it on the weekends. The first week my whole body was so sore, but you just have to work through it and keep going. I used 5 lbs weights, but I would suggest also having some 3 lbs weights handy. Those 5 lbs weights got awfully heavy during some of the workouts....but it was doable. I will be doing Ripped in 30 next. Good luck!!

    Then this is for you, about 28 minutes long, can choose which level, go back to the easier one if you want to and you get a great workout! I love it!
