Hi! I am Carrie and I have been using MFP to try to keep track of my calories because I eat too few. I have been eating every 2-3 hours the past couple months and eating almost double calories, so it is working. Although I am not loosing any weight, which I was hoping to do. Anyway I just wanted to say hi. :D

    Hi Carrie I tend to be low on calories too. Due to vegetarian diet plus low fat. MFP actually led to me eating more bulk wise
    But cutting down on cakes. So my diet has better balance now also I have lost weight
    I think regular running has helped there

    That's good John. I am trying to force myself to drink more fresh smoothies to get extra calories.
