The BMR & Total Energy Expenditure it gave me is much higher than the calculation I've gotten on MFP or any other web site. I wonder if it's accurate.0

I changed it starting last week. But I have not been able to follow it religiously. We shall see how it goes...0

I started increasing my calories a few weeks ago. First 1400, then 1500, then 1600. Might stay at 1600 for another week. Weigh in isn't til Thursday, but, judging from my other weigh ins this week 1600 doesn't like me yet. Previously for 8 months I'd been eating flat 1200 with nothing else and my weight had stalled. Acording to my BMF. On a good day with exercise I burn over 3000 calories. Even today without exercise I'll be at minimum 2500. So 1200 was to low.0

I'd be curious for someone with a HRM to compare their actual TEE with what the site calculates to see how accurate it is!!0

I upped mine by about 300 and it definitely is making a difference because I don't feel so obsessive over the number now.0
