feel like i am losing control

feel like i am starting to lose it the warmer months coming more events coming up temptations.. gym has been a stuggle i still go but i force myself and not excited like i was.( and i havnt been able to get the little one into creche on my gym days as its booking out quick all these new mums joined). i havnt lost weight for over 2 weeks or more i think i go on a downer when nothing happens and when it does i push myself again.. i just need a big kick in the butt to get me going again

Boom, that was a size 13 boot to yer rear, was that a big enough kick in the butt? Seriously, we all hit a wall, plateau, whatever you call it. Don't let it derail you, you haven't lost weight, but you probably feel better or clothes fit better, you have more energy, there has to be some benefit you feel from exercising. Tomorrow is another day, so get out there and do anything for your fitness no matter how small, take the little ones for a walk if you have to, just do something.0

just regain focus...You can do it! This is definately a tough journey we are going through. You can get back in the game at any time. No better time than now. We have the rest of our life to deal with all the Ups & downs they will continue to come & go. Just beat them...LOL!!!0

Come on, get back into it! Remember how good it feels to get on that dreaded scale and see that you are winning the the battle? Stroller rides are good for the both of you. Do something different and fun, maybe your town has a river walk, a mall that allows walkers before the stores open, or just a stroll around the neighborhood! You're already winning by 13 pounds, why stop now?0
