Id like to give thanks to whoever's post I stumbled upon a few weeks ago that suggested mixing Greek yogurt and peanut butter.

You, random MFPer, have given me the most awesomest snack in the history of awesome snacks.

I take one small tub of greek yogurt, mix in some vanilla extract, stevia, cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice and 1-2 Tbs of peanut butter.

Fluffy whipped peanut butter goodness in a dish. And protein heaven.

Even better stats if you use PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
You can even add PB2 to protein shakes since its dissolves really well in a blender bottle -- no blender required.

It could be you, do you eat it with the exact same ingredients?

I've started using lowfat greek yogurt as a substitute for a lot of things, adding to pb to make a dip for celery, pretzels, sub for mayo and sour cream in other dips. I <3 pb&yogurt!:)

Here is another recipe for you:

Healthy Peanut Butter Dip Recipe (makes about 3 servings)

    4 tablespoons natural peanut butter
    2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1 tablespoon natural applesauce (no sugar or artificial sweeteners added)
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Mix all ingredients and serve. Must be refrigerated.

That sounds good! Makes me sad I'm out of greek yogurt right now. I'm definitely going to try this after I go to the store though.

I keep meaning to try this!

Has anyone heard of the Jimmy Carter smoothie? It's 1C milk/yogurt/frozen yogurt with one banana and 2 tsp of PB - so good!
