i usually listen to

- chevelle
- slipknot
- HIM
- britney spears
- the used

    I am more a metal/industrial listener too - I have found the best workout music for me is from Rob Zombie, Static-X (GREAT jogging/eliptical paced music) Nine Inch Nails and Prodigy.

    Static X relly kicks my *kitten* for a workout :)

    Love them all to pieces :) We don't get them touring that often in Australia but when they do come here it's like Christmas :) I never miss a show

    Had a friend visit from Australia who introduced me to a band called John Butler Trio. I was instantly in love!

    Yeah JBT are pretty good. I find them seasonal though - I think of their stuff as "summer bbq" music...haha! Hot sun, beer in hand!
