Just on day one - would like to lose about 30 pounds. I always knew that writing everything down was the best way to go - proved it in spades today as I am SO hungry at the end of the day - I must have been eating quite a bit more than I thought I was. By day 3 I should be much better!

    Welcome :-) and yes remember one day at a time.. The way I see it is- the days will pass whether im losing weight or not so I might as well be losing and gaining health and happiness. Good luck you can do it!
