Well, I broke my toe. Go figure! I just started running and now this. I can't even put on a shoe. But, I tell you what...this will not derail my activity. I will plop on some flip flops and go ride my bike! So there...action that could derail me!!! I will not be derailed! I wouldn't know what to do with myself if I had to sit around and do nothing! Oh wait, yes I do, I'd get some of those million and one things that I have to do done...

Nope.....going for a bike ride!

    Bummer :( Hoping for a fast recovery!! Hit the bike and also throw in some boxing, that will really get your heart rate going!
