Hi guys im new here, well being here only for two weeks so far. :) Add me, i love seeing the results you guys have achieved so that motivates me to eat healthy and exercise :)

I being on MFP for about a week and a half now and ive lost so far 2.9kgs! yay! just buy eating right and for the exercise, i cant say i being going hard out but i have being making a bit of progress :) but today im starting on my 30 day Shrek with Jillian Michaels .. :) YAY ME! at least some exercise is better then nothing i guess!

btw My name is Gina and i'm from Auckland New Zealand :) ADD ME GUYS!

    Welcome!! And yes, you're absolutely right .... some exercise is better than no exercise! And you never know ... the more you do it, the more you might start getting into it and before you even know it, you'll be going at it hard out! :smile:

    Hi everyone,
    A colleage at work and I have been on a weight loss challenge for 2 weeks. I weighed in today and hadn't lost any weight. I was talking to my district manager and she recommended this site to give me the edge I needed to stay motivated. I really blew it today, but tomorrow is a different story I am hitting it hard and heavy, and nothing can hold me back. If anyone has any tips that they have found that really work, I would love to hear them.

    Welcome!! And yes, you're absolutely right .... some exercise is better than no exercise! And you never know ... the more you do it, the more you might start getting into it and before you even know it, you'll be going at it hard out! :smile:

    thats al right as long as you get back up and not giving up :) i remember once a tutor told me at uni, it takes you the same amount of time to loose the weight when you put it back on :) so thats what i always try to keep in mind :) x
