Scrambled eggs with leeks, spinach and cheese

This is great and only 142 calores: 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, splash of milk, 1/4 leek bulb, 1/4 cup chopped spinach, tbsp low fat shredded cheese, s&p to taste - cook together and serve.

I like this with a whole wheat waffle with some fruit on it. A filling and health breakfast for only about 250 calories. Add some fat free yogurt or milk and you have all your food groups covered!
