We don't hear often about the magnificent success stories that are truly life-changing and ultimately an illumination of inspiration for all of us. Today, one of our fellow community members reported that she made it to her goal weight losing an astounding 240 pounds in one year with hard work and clear dedication. She's now down to 130 and has defeated the diseases that were threatening her very life including congestive heart failure. If you haven't read her blog, please do so and join me in congratulating Fries3 (and maybe even voting for her blog as well this week.
Fries - I don’t know you and all I can say is I wish I could give you something more than my thanks for your willingness to share. I truly believe that nothing is impossible and that we all have an optimal potential that is obtainable no matter what the obstacles surrounding us. I cannot tell you how much you have inspired those around you as I'm sure it is immeasurable.
I hope that we all can consider those around us a positive influence that keeps us focused and on track. If anyone out there is having a tough day, a rotten week or struggling with their goals this month, please consider what is possible, what is obtainable and how you can own it and call it yours. It takes hard work, dedication and a change of priorities, but no goal is completely insurmountable.
