Turbo Fire Anyone?

I have been doing TFfor about 6 weeks now. I haven't lost anything, but I am confident that with MFP that will change. This is my 2nd week of MFP. As far as TF goes, I do modify the schedule a bit due to my work schedule. Has there been good results with TF? I would love some input!

Good job on sticking to it! I have not done Turbo Fire, but I am almost 3/4 of the way through Insanity and have started to think about what program I want to do next - I'm thinking Turbo Fire. Most of Beachbody's programs seem to be good - once you get familiar with the moves, you can start focusing on contracting your abs and really putting your whole body into it to get more out of it.
