Before and During !! (trying to re-motivate myself)

HI there
I started losing weight in June 2009 - and in March this year was down to 83 kilos - a loss of 25 kilos (approx 55lb) but pretty much since October last year - I have been up and down from 86 kilos - lose a few, gain a few - really stuck
I've pretty much stayed positive - but the last few weeks I'm 'crashing' because I'm sick of not being able to lose the last 10 kilos to get to my goal weight.
I thought I'd post here to share my 'success' so far - in an attempt to re-motivate myself by reminding myself how far I have come - how much better i feel and look and to encourage myself to work hard for the last 10 `!!!

When nothing is happening, there is a sense of being overwhelmed when we look at the numbers that we still need to lose and feeling that there is no use.
Well, yes, there is.
Set a mini goal.2 lbs, and work on that goal.
Then do it again after you lose that.
Work out a menu for each day before you begin the day and don't deviate from it .
If you need to substitute, then do it but just stay under your goal calories as much as possible.
We all know this, but sometimes we just need a reminder.
So here is your reminder for you and for me.
You and do it. You look great and have come so far. Just keep at it.
Buy a size smaller and hang it up to remind yourself that you need to get into whatever you bought and then you will. Yes, you will.0 -
You look great, keep it up.xxx0

You look great. I think I need to do the same for myself. I have only the last 15lbs to make my goal and I can not seam to get out of the 160's. The last few weeks have been a roller coaster and I am not sure where I am going wrong. I stay in my Calories and still exercise, but I am still going up and down. This week I think I have hit rock bottom and now I am getting sick. I need to get the pictures put together and reenergize myself.0
