Hypno Band - has anyone tried this??

Has anyone tried Hypno Band?? I saw this advertised recently and figured why not... I've never tried hypnosis for any purpose, but am up for giving it a go. From what I understand, Hypno Band is a series of hypnosis sessions, during one of which you are 'fitted' with the hypno-band (just hypnosis and support, no medical procedures!!) Has anyone else tried this, and did you find it effective? Cheers, Heather
