Hi everyone

I'm going out for a meal with some girls from work and we are going to Chiquitos (mexican restaurant).
Does anyone know which would be the healthiest option on the menu?

Thank you.

A lot of Mexican Restaurants have some kind of grilled steak dshes that may work...
  • Probably the chicken fajitas with no cheese, sour cream or guacamole and no tortilla wraps or maybe just one, stuffed to the max! A bean burrito is usually a good choice as long as it is made from whole beans and not refried beans. Hope this helps! Have fun!

Chiquito's isn't the healthiest of options which is probably why there is very little nutritional information available.

I'm guessing the Santa Fe Wrap would be the best option followed closely by the Fajita's , that way you can control the amount of meat/fried veggies that you have.

This came up a few months back on one of the boards and someone suggested the Fajita's but without the tortilla :noway:

Your best bet is just choose something you like eat it, enjoy it then make up for it with exercise.

p.s. I ususally have the chilli or a burrito
