newbie.. sorta

Hello all,
I just wanted to say hi. I'm 31, mother of 2, and an army wife. I've never really had a problem with my weight until I hit about 25 then I went from 175 to 230. My family is all overweight and unhealthy so being scared of going down the same path I'm working hard to stay fit. I have the myfitness pal app on my phone and it's cool but never checked out the website. So far I like it. Hope it helps me stay on track. : )
