Hi
I want to try and figure out how many calories are in foods that do not come in packaging and therefore do not have nutritional info on them - i.e. fruit and veg. Can anyone help?

google it. there's 185038920 things you could find about it. buy a scale tho for sure...its your best friend - a digital one and you dont need to go spending a lot of money. i got mine for 17 bucks0 -

usda has nutritional value, and google search is good, there are also values in mfp database.0
